FLEXIM’s fixed flow meter series sets the standards for non-invasive metering of liquid and gaseous media. Clamped on to the pipe wall outside, the bi-directional flow measurement system measures any kind of liquid – even at extreme pipe temperatures from -310 °F up to 1110 °F. By integrating additional process parameters, such as temperature, the FLUXUS flowmeters are also capable of measuring the mass flow rate and can be operated as an instrument for accurate non-invasive media detection.

Flow Measurement Services is a division of DCM Group in partnership with FLEXIM, a company that specializes in the manufacturing and development of Ultrasonic Flow Meters. The FMS division of FLEXIM specializes in verification and calibration of existing flow measurement devices, and flow audits where existing metering is not present. We bring over 30+ years of experience to Flow and BTU measurement.
PIOX S is primarily used for the concentration analysis during process control, the dosing of chemicals or for overall quality control. Further applications are the supervision of crystallization or phase separation processes for a proper product identification. Alternatively, density, yield rate, Brix or other customer specific measurement values can be displayed.Combining these features with the integrated volumetric flow measurement, the PIOX S system is capable of calculating the (concentration compensated) mass flow rate
